A piece of real estate is a big investment. Buyers have to be pretty sure about where in the Union’s 50 states they can get the best value for their money. The state lies in the country’s Northeastern region and surrounded by major American states such as New York and New Jersey. Pittsburgh, on the other hand has Carnegie Mellon University, the University of Pittsburgh, and Duquesne University. Other major cities in the state also have their own universities and colleges apart from the state-run primary and secondary schools.

Apart from what has already been mentioned, real estate owners in the state are assured of their personal safety especially their children. Pennsylvania is ranked 43rd out of the Union’s 50 states in the overall crime index, which measures the number of crimes committed in a state.
