A world class producer of food and fiber, Kern County is also opening its doors to different ventures and economic opportunities.  Currently, Kern County officials are pursuing an economic development strategic plan to further diversify its economy.  This planned economic diversification seeks to boost further Kern County real estate as it would offer more employment and investment opportunities for its residents.
