Alameda Real Estate

Alameda Real Estate has experienced a favorable rise in recent years due to the steady increase in the county’s economy.  Its employment rate of 95.8% is one of the highest in the whole country.  Medical and health care are among the highest paying jobs with psychiatrists, surgeons, internists, and surgeons earning an hourly mean of more than $81.

Another source of pleasure among real estate owners is the county’s strong drive towards environmental protection and conservation.  Coupled with Alameda’s high premium on health care professionals, the county’s environmental management has put a high priority on the public health issues of its residents.  Among the fastest/highest job growth according to the county’s 10-year projected growth (2002-2012) are hazardous materials removal workers (45.1%), respiratory therapists (37.3%), and biomedical engineers (36%).  Waste management has also led to the creation of a recycling marketplace, which has generated an additional job source for the Alameda county residents.  This has been made possible by intertwining waste reduction programs and the manufacturing sector.

With its innate natural beauty, booming economy, advancements in health care, and environmental protection measures, Alameda County real estate has been one of the most sought after properties in the state of California.
